Function & Feature:

This machine makes use of the centrifugal force generated by high speed rotation of take-in roller clean out impurities from raw material, loosen fibers, and then press the fiber into big flakes. This machine can also remove the dust in the raw material. It can be used to process fabric waste, yarn waste with the help of opening machine .Also can used to process droppings ,card fly ect ,many kinds of spinning waste ,ginning waste independently . Finished products can be again used in oe spinning mills to make yarn, filling pillows ,producing nonwoven fabric, filling toys ,sofa ect. It is the best way to reduce cost and make good use of resources.

Function and Feature

This model has one fix blade and two moving blades .With the help of high rotation of moving blades roll, when they pass the fixed blade ,the raw material will be cut into small pcs . The cut material length is adjustable from 5 cm-20 cm by changing the rotation speed of  blade roll.

Opening machine

Function and Features

This machinery is used to remove the impurities in the cotton using mechanical centrifugal force emerged by the high speed revolving of the barbed rollers and the fluffs and splits the cotton. It is the ideal to process the textile cloth waste, spinning yarn waste etc. It can loose the fabric waste, hard waste, prepare for further process by QT textile waste recycling machine series. Help to keep the fiber length of t he finished product, reduce the damage to the wire of QT machine series.
